BLING FUNDRAISER INFORMATION

At We Do Bling, we are super committed to supporting schools, youth sports teams & non-profit organizations. We created our custom pre-sell fundraiser program to assist with boosting their fundraising efforts in a fun and unique way! Our fundraisers feature our best-selling customer favorites such as tees, sweats, hats, hairbows, bags, tumblers, blankets, slides, replica doll uniforms/tees among other items blinged out with the team logo and other related designs. To help increase the amount of funds raised, options without bling can be added for dads, brothers, and others who want to get involved in the sale without all of the sparkle.

Teams earn 15-20% of total sales depending on the program selected:

PROGRAM 1 - 20% of Total Sales

For teams that wish to handle the orders and distribute paper order forms, prepare the master order spreadsheet, and sort the boxes of bulk bling for distribution to the individual team or group members.

PROGRAM 2 - 15% of Total Sales

Teams that wish for We Do Bling to handle the particulars such as creating an online order form, preparing the master order spreadsheet, and bagging each individual order for easy distribution to each team or group member.

THE PROCESS

STEP 1:

Interested teams, groups, and organizations should contact us using the button below which leads to a form to be completed. This form will cover all of the particulars we need to get your fundraiser started such as logos, mascots, team names and color, selected offerings, proposed start and end dates, and date items are needed by (events, start of a sporting season, etc.)

STEP 2:

A We Do Bling rep will contact you via email with any questions, information, and your fundraiser agreement.

STEP 3:

We will create your catalog, order form, and digital flyer along with a custom link. For Program 1, teams and groups will supply a paper order form and the custom link to their members for them to view and/or download the catalog and place their orders with the team.

For Program 2, teams and groups will supply their members with the custom link where they can view the offerings and place their orders online.

STEP 4:

For Program 1, once the sale ends and all funds are collected, the team or group must complete their master order spreadsheet and submit it to their We Do Bling rep for review. Once the order is reviewed and approved, an invoice will be created so that the team can pay for the order, via Zelle or check, less the 20% which is kept by the team or group as their fundraising earnings.

For Program 2, We Do Bling will prepare the spreadsheet and submit that along with a copy of each individual order to the team for review. Once approved, We Do Bling will mail the 15% fundraising check to the designated address. Payment can also be made via Zelle.

STEP 5:

Once payments have been made, received, and cleared, we will begin ordering supplies and produce the order. A We DO Bling rep will notify you when your order is in production. Fundraising orders typically take 6 - 8 weeks for production but can take up to 10 weeks during peak and holiday seasons. PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR FUNDRAISERS AS FAR IN ADVANCE AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE YOUR DATE IS ABLE TO BE MET.

STEP 6:

Once your order is finished, we will package the order in boxes either in bulk (Program 1) or individually bagged (Program 2). Once the box(es) have been shipped out, a We Do Bling rep will notify you and provide tracking information. Make sure that you follow us on TIKTOK to get sneak peeks of your bling before it arrives!
